Having played semi-professionally across Europe for many years, Matty brings a unique, international perspective to youth development in Canada. His time trialling and competing in elite European environments provided him with firsthand insight into the level of dedication and the specific resources required to reach the professional stage.
Now, Matty has turned his passion toward coaching, founding Black Cats Soccer Academy to bridge the gap he experienced as a young player. By integrating high-level European technical standards with a supportive and encouraging environment, Matty is paving a new path for aspiring athletes to flourish, grow, and achieve their dreams.
